  1. 14-Day Return Window: You may return your purchased items within 14 days from the date you received your order. We recommend inspecting your items upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
  2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way. Returns for wheels must not have had tires mounted.
  3. Excluded Returns: Items that have been damaged by the customer, during transit by the carrier, or have been installed are not eligible for returns. Please inspect your items carefully upon arrival and report any damage to the carrier immediately.
  4. Return Shipping: If you wish to return an eligible item, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and assist you in processing your return. Any items returned to us by refusing to receive shipment will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  6. Defective Items: Please contact our customer support team at with your order details, a description of the defect, and supporting images. Our team will guide you through the return process and upon approval, will provide a shipping label for the return.
  7. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you may choose between a refund or a replacement item, depending on product availability and your preference.
  8. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the timing of when you receive the refund may vary depending on your financial institution.
  9. Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that require repackaging or refurbishing before they can be resold. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund. Returns for wheels will result in an automatic 15% restocking fee.
  10. Incorrect Address Entry: Should your order be returned to us as a result of an incorrect address entry, a refund will not be issued. If you still wish to receive your order, you may opt for a reshipment at your own cost, covering the additional shipping charges incurred. Please ensure you have entered your address correctly to avoid this occurrence. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately prior to receiving notification that your order has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier to request an address change.
