Shipping policy
Duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery — this includes shipments to the U.S., where recent tariffs may result in significant added charges. These fees are not included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refusing delivery or declining to pay these charges may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, refunds will NOT be issued, as per our return policy. For more information on tariffs, click here.
We ship directly from Canada so you will not incur extra customs and currency conversion-related charges when you buy from ORKO Auto (when ordering within Canada). We offer free shipping on non-oversized orders over $100 CAD in Canada and $100 USD in United States so your orders will be delivered to your door. Oversized items include: Tesla Model 3 Floor Mats + Frunk + Trunk Bundle (6 PCS), Tesla Model 3 TPE Trunk and Frunk Mats (3 PCS), and Rivian R1S/R1T Running Boards/Step Rails.
Please note that we use a variety of carrier services for each order and it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
The item(s) you ordered may take 1 to 2 full business days to leave our fulfillment center. Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 3 pm EST (eastern region) or 12 pm PST (western region) will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. It will take approximately 2-10 full business days for the item to arrive from the time it was ordered depending on where the order is being shipped to. Please use your provided tracking information for the most accurate and up-to-date shipping times.

To maintain competitive pricing, we do not offer express shipping due to its high costs. We appreciate your understanding and are continually working to improve our services.
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages immediately after they have been processed and will be provided to you via the email used at checkout. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to the shipping destination, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on our site may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods.
